When to contact your AFSC office
Report hail damage via AFSC Connect online hail claim reporting. It provides a simplified way to report by prepopulating your land and crop information. Claims can be submitted online via AFSC Connect or by phone.
You have up to 14 calendar days after the date of the storm to report damage to your fields. This time period should allow you a chance to check your fields for damage prior to reporting. If fields are hit again before they have been inspected, you need to file an additional damage report.
Please call us if you plan to put your crop to use for anything other than harvesting, such as silage, baling, pasturing or plowing down. We recommend giving five days’ notice prior to putting the crop to another use.
