AFSC requires that you gather:
- Three years financial statements/income tax history
- Birth certificate, proof of Canadian citizenship, or permanent residency for non-corporate applicants
- Bill of sale/offer to purchase for asset purchases
(Required for Next Generation, Alberta Producer and Developing Producer loans only)
Complete the following forms: Application for Loan, Personal History (complete for all key management personnel), Statement of Assets and Liabilities, Credit Information Request, Farm Operating Statement.
Bring all of the above to an AFSC office near you.
