Lending feature added to AFSC Connect
Lending clients can access their annual and year-to-date statements of loan at their convenience in AFSC Connect. With this feature—which was added based on client feedback—clients can instantly view their information, including when their next payment is due, as well as other important loan details.
“We recognize producers require timely information,” said Kevin Chanut, vice president lending. “Direct access to information and trusted technology are key pillars of AFSC’s delivery commitment to clients. This new feature offers our clients instant access to their information when they want it.”
Clients can also see a history of their statements for the past three years, based on their fiscal year. They can also generate a year-to-date statement of loan whenever they need.
While online statements offer greater convenience as they are available at any time, from anywhere, clients will continue to receive paper statements by mail. To change this, clients can log into AFSC Connect and change their preferences to receive their annual statement of loan to online only.
“AFSC is committed to agriculture and to ensuring producers have the right information at the right time,” said chief client officer Steve Janz. By signing up for online-only delivery of their statements, clients can access their statement of loan earlier, reduce paper waste and help the environment.
