Appeal Information

To initiate an appeal:

1. Complete the Notice of Appeal and ensure all information is correct.
2. Attach the $300 appeal fee to the form. This fee will be refunded should the appeal be decided in your favour.
3. Deliver it to your AFSC office or mail it to:

4. Upon review of the application, AFSC may request to meet with you to explain relevant corporate policies.
5. If unresolved, the application will be submitted to an Appeal Committee.
6. The appeals secretary will be in contact to arrange a date and location of the appeal.
