AFSC Offices and the Client Service Centre will be closing December 24, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. and will re-open January 2, 2020.


All December 31 deadlines for AgriStability, Insurance and Lending payments will apply. This includes all payments through a banking institution or post-marked by this date.

AgriStability

December 31 is the deadline to submit 2018 AgriStability supplementary forms (with penalty). You may submit forms for AgriStability by logging in to AFSC Connect, faxing your forms to 403.782.8348 or 1.855.700.2372 (toll free), or emailing info@afsc.ca. You may also deposit your supplementary forms in an AFSC office drop box, where available.

December 31 is the deadline to remit payment for the 2019 program fees in order to maintain eligibility for the 2019 program year. You may also deposit your AgriStability fee in an AFSC office drop box, where available.

Insurance

December 31 is the deadline to pay any outstanding premiums without negatively affecting your credit. Payments mailed with a post mark by December 31 will be considered received in 2019. You may also deposit your payment in an AFSC office drop box, where available.

December 31 is the final deadline to file your 2019 Annual Crop Harvested Production Report (with penalty). You can file your Harvested Production Report online in AFSC Connect.

Lending

Loan Disbursements – All disbursements must be submitted to AFSC by December 20 during regular business hours.

Revolving Loan Funding Online – Loans disbursement requests must be completed online prior to 6:00 a.m. on December 24. Any disbursements completed online after 6:00 a.m. December 24 will not be processed until January 2, 2020.

Last day for Purchase – December 19
