AFSC clients can sign up to have their payments deposited directly into their bank account, making it easier to do business your way. As a bonus, when you sign up for direct deposit in AFSC Connect, you will automatically be entered into a draw for a Kuma Switchback heated chair (may be subject to change). The contest runs from July 1 to March 31, 2024, with a prize awarded each month.
Direct deposit is secure, convenient and saves time. Payments are deposited directly to the bank account of your choice and can be accessed at once.

How to Enter
Eligible participants are automatically entered to win one of nine Kuma Switchback heated chairs when they log in and sign up for direct deposit in AFSC Connect between July 1, 2023 and March 31, 2024.
Eligibility periods
- One (1) prize for direct deposit sign-ups between July 1, 2023 – July 31, 2023
- One (1) prize for direct deposit sign-ups between August 1, 2023 – August 31, 2023
- One (1) prize for direct deposit sign-ups between September 1, 2023 – September 30, 2023
- One (1) prize for direct deposit sign-ups between October 1, 2023 – October 31, 2023
- One (1) prize for direct deposit sign-ups between November 1, 2023 – November 30, 2023
- One (1) prize for direct deposit sign-ups between December 1, 2023 – December 31, 2023
- One (1) prize for direct deposit sign-ups between January 1, 2024 – January 31, 2024
- One (1) prize for direct deposit sign-ups between February 1, 2024 – February 29, 2024
- One (1) prize for direct deposit sign-ups between March 1, 2024 – March 31, 2024
The Draw
The draw will be made from eligible AFSC Connect transactions during the prescribed period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All door prizes (prize packages) will be awarded pursuant to a draw done by or with AFSC staff from eligible entries within one week following the correlating closing date.
Winners will be notified by e-mail or telephone. In the event a door prize (prize package) winner does not respond to the prize notification within ten (10) business days of the attempted notification, declines the prize or is ineligible for the prize for any reason, another winner will be randomly chosen from the remaining eligible entries.
Eligibility
This draw is open to individuals who:
(i) Are legal residents of Alberta;
(ii) Are at least 18 years of age on the day of the draw;
(iii) Are an active client with AFSC in good standing; and
(iv) Have logged in and signed up for direct deposit with AFSC Connect.
Exclusion of Eligibility
Employees and representatives of AFSC, affiliated corporations and other persons, as well as members of their households and their immediate families, are not eligible to win a door prize (prize package).
Door prize (prize package)
The door prize (prize package) must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions or alterations of the prizes are permitted, nor will any cash equivalent be paid. AFSC reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to limit the number of prizes offered and to accept, withdraw, or decline any prize.
Entry Conditions
By entering the door prize (prize package) draw, each participant agrees to abide by and be bound by these official terms and conditions as they may be amended from time to time in the sole discretion of AFSC.
Door prize (prize package) winners acknowledge that AFSC is not responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prizes, except as set forth in these rules or otherwise required by law.
Door prize (prize package) Winners
By accepting a door prize (prize package), each door prize (prize package) winner agrees to have his or her name, hometown, likeness, photograph, voice and statements regarding the draw and AFSC Connect used on behalf of AFSC for promotional, public relations or advertising purposes in any media including but not limited to printed press, websites, social media, and video without compensation.
All decisions of AFSC with respect to the administration of the door prize (prize package) draw shall be final and binding.
General Terms and Conditions
AFSC reserves the right, exercisable in its sole discretion, to disqualify and ban any individual from participating in the door prize (prize package) draw if the individual is found or is believed to have been tampering with the entry process, the operation of the draw or if the individual is found or is believed to have been attempting to contact, threaten, annoy, harass or abuse any person in relation to the door prize (prize package) draw.
Limitation of Liability
If for any reason the door prize (prize package) draw is not capable of running as planned because of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of AFSC which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, then AFSC reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the door prize (prize package) draw.
