AFSC clients can use our online platform, AFSC Connect, to file their Land Reports. Our digital platform is easy to use and can save you valuable time as you complete your Land Report.
As an added bonus, AFSC will be entering every client who files their Land Reports online into a contest for a special prize package containing hearing protection, rechargeable pivot stand worklight and powerbanks, a rain gauge, head lamp, telescopic flex with two magnets, and a grain scoop.

The Fine Print: Contest Rules & Regulations
How to Enter
Eligible participants are automatically entered to win an AFSC prize pack when they log in and use AFSC Connect to file their Land Report by June 20, 2021. (One prize per branch)
Participants will receive one entry for each of the following transactions made during each eligibility period:
- Filing an insurance Land Report in AFSC Connect
Eligibility periods
- One prize per branch for insurance Land Report entries from May 1, 2021 – June 20, 2021.
The Draw
The draw will be made from eligible AFSC Connect transactions during the prescribed period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All door prizes will be awarded pursuant to a draw done by AFSC team members from eligible entries within one week following the contest closing date.
Winners will be notified by e-mail or telephone. In the event a door prize winner does not respond to the prize notification within 10 business days, declines the prize or is ineligible for the prize for any reason, another winner will be randomly chosen from the remaining eligible entries.
Eligibility
This draw is open to individuals who:
(i) Are legal residents of Alberta;
(ii) Are at least 18 years of age on the day of the draw; and
(iii) Are an active client with AFSC in good standing;
(iv) Have logged in and filed an Insurance Land Report in AFSC Connect.
Exclusion of Eligibility
Employees and representatives of AFSC, affiliated corporations and other persons, as well as members of their households and their immediate families, are not eligible to win a door prize.
Door Prizes
The door prizes must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions or alternations of the prizes are permitted nor will any cash equivalent be paid. AFSC reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to limit the number of prizes offered and to accept, withdraw, or decline any prize.
Entry Conditions
By entering the door prize draw, each participant agrees to abide by and be bound by these official terms and conditions as they may be amended from time to time in the sole discretion of AFSC.
Door prize winners acknowledge that AFSC is not responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prizes, except as set forth in these rules or otherwise required by law.
Door Prize Winners
By accepting a door prize, each door prize winner agrees to have his or her name, hometown, likeness, photograph, voice and statements regarding the draw and AFSC Connect used on behalf of AFSC for promotional, public relations or advertising purposes in any media including but not limited to printed press, websites, social media, and video without compensation.
All decisions of AFSC with respect to the administration of the door prize draw shall be final and binding.
General Terms and Conditions
AFSC reserves the right, exercisable in its sole discretion, to disqualify and ban any individual from participating in the door prize draw if the individual is found or is believed to have been tampering with the entry process, the operation of the draw or if the individual is found or is believed to have been attempting to contact, threaten, annoy, harass or abuse any person in relation to the door prize draw.
Limitation of Liability
If for any reason the door prize draw is not capable of running as planned because of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of AFSC which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, then AFSC reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the door prize draw.
