You take your business seriously. So do we.
That’s why we are focused on improving our digital offerings so you can do your business anywhere, anytime, in any weather.
Last year, we gave our clients the option to set their mailing preferences for statements and notices. At the same time, we also moved certain lending statements, notices and information online to make it easier for clients to access their information when they need it.
This year, we’re taking it a step further and asking clients with loans who have an AFSC Connect account to access their lending information online. In early January, to help make the switch easier for our clients, we will be transitioning all clients with loans who currently have an AFSC Connect account to digital. Clients who have already selected a preference will continue to receive their information via the method they selected.
The clients who are transitioned to digital will no longer receive their year-to-date statement, annual statement of loan or notice of payment due in the mail but will be able to access them online when it’s convenient for them. They will also be able to print and save their statements as needed. Additionally, as AFSC moves other statements and notices online, these clients will automatically receive the digital version. This applies across all AFSC products, including insurance and AgriStability.
Online statements increase the security of your personal information as the risk of a statement being lost or misdirected in the mail is eliminated. Additionally, online statements are available at any time, any day of the week. Online access means you can access your statements faster, with no more waiting for the mail to arrive. If you already have an AFSC Connect account, follow these few simple steps in our Accessing your lending information online step-by-step guide.
We recognize that this is a significant change and that some of our clients are hesitant to access their lending information online. Accessing your information through AFSC Connect is simple and secure and we encourage you to contact your lending relationship manager to discuss using AFSC Connect to access your statements. The ease of accessing your information through AFSC Connect may surprise you.
If you haven’t signed up for AFSC Connect before, signing up is simple and easy. After a few steps, you will be able to access your information at your convenience. Create your AFSC Connect account today with our step-by-step guide Creating an AFSC Connect account.

Q: I’ve heard AFSC is making a change to how clients receive lending notices and statements. What’s happening?
Early in January 2024, AFSC will be transitioning clients with one or more lending products, who have an AFSC Connect account but have not yet selected a mailing preference to digital. This means that these clients will access their annual and year-to-date statements of loan online.

Yes, you can run and print this statement at any time throughout the year.
Q: Will I still receive notices about upcoming payments?
Yes, if you currently receive payment notices, you continue to receive them, but now they will arrive via email.
Clients with monthly payments terms do not receive either mail or email payment notices.

Q: Can my partner or authorized representative see my lending information?
At this time, only the loan contract holders can view this information.
Q: I have additional questions, who can I call?
