The statement of benefits for phase one (initial payment) of the 2021 Canada-Alberta Livestock Feed Assistance initiative are now available. Producers who applied online can view, print or download their statement through AFSC Connect, while producers who applied via a paper/downloadable application will receive a paper statement by mail.

The statement of benefits includes the number of head applied for in the phase one application and the payment received. This statement reflects only phase one benefits; producers who applied for phase two (secondary payment) in January 2022 will receive a separate statement of benefits by the end of March after phase two payments have been issued.

Accessing statements in AFSC Connect

To access your statement of benefits:

  • Log in to AFSC Connect
  • Navigate to your applicable business (the business name you used in your application)
  • Click on My Stabilization
  • A box will open below, click on AgriRecovery tab
  • Click View Details
  • Calculation of Program Benefits opens
  • View, download or print your statement

The 2021 Canada-Alberta Livestock Feed Assistance AgriRecovery initiative provided support and cash flow for Alberta’s livestock producers and beekeepers to cover extraordinary expenses incurred to feed their livestock due to 2021’s prolonged dry weather and extreme high temperatures. Phase one was open from September 7 to November 1, 2021 and phase two was open from January 5 to January 31, 2022.
