We’ve heard your feedback and are happy to share that additional AFSC Connect enhancements are coming your way in 2026.

These updates will give you the ability to view information and complete tasks to manage more of your information online when it works for you. The goal is to give you more flexibility and control to complete tasks quickly and efficiently.

When the perennial crop insurance season opens, you’ll notice some exciting updates for Moisture Deficiency Insurance (MDI) in AFSC Connect.

What’s new

  • Returning MDI clients will continue to see the last three years of claim assessment statements, and now you’ll also have access to the last three years of coverage and premium statements.
  • Current AFSC clients who want to add MDI to their risk management plan can now apply online through AFSC Connect. An AFSC id and AFSC Connect account are required.
  • The dashboard is being restructured to better align with insurance seasons. You’ll see two new buttons labeled “Estimate” and “Apply,” designed with the same look and feel as existing buttons. These buttons remain dynamic, green when active during the cycle, and grey when out of season.

We’re committed to evolving AFSC Connect to better serve you and continue to improve based on your input.
