AFSC branches remain open to serve clients
COVID-19Following the recent provincial announcement of a state of public health emergency and stronger mandatory province-wide measures to protect Alberta’s health system and slow the spread of COVID-19, all visitors and staff in AFSC branch offices are required to wear masks and practice social distancing and hand sanitization.
“We value the connection we have with our clients, and we want to continue to provide excellent service during these times,” said Darryl Kay, AFSC CEO. “Throughout this pandemic, the well-being of Alberta communities remains our top priority.”
Our branches remain open and available to assist clients and those interested in participating in the current AgriRecovery response (Canada-Alberta Livestock Feed Assistance Initiative). To safeguard visitors and AFSC team members, branches have made adjustments to the number of staff working in each office. Clients can always choose to connect with us through Live Chat on our website, AFSC Connect, or they can call our Client Service Centre at 1.877.899.2373 or contact a branch office.
Clients who have experienced hail or wildlife damage can file their claims online through AFSC Connect. A direct deposit option is available for all clients.
As we continue to make decisions based on changing circumstances in our province—we thank you for your diligence in adhering to the COVID protocols we have introduced and continue to use—including mandatory masks, sanitizing and physical distancing—which have proven extremely effective. Your cooperation and diligence is making a difference.
