AFSC named one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers

AFSC has been recognized as a Top 100 Employer in Canada 13 times. Canada’s Top 100 Employers is a national competition that recognizes employers with forward-thinking workplaces and exceptional human resources programs.

In order to be considered one of the Canada’s Top 100 Employers, AFSC was compared with organizations in their field and evaluated using eight criteria:

4.      Health & Family-Friendly Benefits
5.      Vacation & Personal Time-Off
6.      Employee Engagement & Performance
7.      Training & Skills Development
8.      Community Involvement

The editors publish detailed reasons for selection and grades for these criteria, providing transparency in winner selection and a ‘catalogue of best-practices’ for employers and job-seekers alike.
