Technical issues have resulted in a delay in Moisture Deficiency Insurance (MDI) payments for the month of May. A related issue was also intermittently causing loan balances to display incorrectly in AFSC Connect.
AFSC continues to work to address the issue and MDI payments are expected to roll out in early to mid-July. A solution has been implemented for the lending display issue and currently clients can view revolving loan balances. Clients who see an incorrect available revolving loan balance displayed in AFSC Connect can contact AFSC.
