As promised in January, additional improvements to AFSC Connect have arrived. AFSC Connect includes updated features that improve how you manage your insurance needs.

You can now apply online for Silage Greenfeed Lack of Moisture and Corn Heat Unit coverage through AFSC Connect, eliminating the need for a paper application. These updates give you easier access to information and allow you to complete tasks online when it works best for you.

The updates

Our goal is to provide more convenience, flexibility, and control so you can manage your information efficiently. Here is what has been added based on what you told us would help you most:

  • Silage Greenfeed Lack of Moisture: You can now access three years of documentation in AFSC Connect. This includes the ability to generate your Confirmation of Insurance and Statement of Coverage and Premium for the last three years.
  • Corn Heat Unit: This feature is newly digital, and a three‑year history is not yet available online but will be over the coming years. Change requests can also be submitted; current year information and Statements of Loss can also be viewed through AFSC Connect.
  • New on your dashboard: The dashboard is being restructured to better align with the Insurance business cycle. You’ll see two new buttons labeled Estimate and Apply, designed with the same look and feel as the existing buttons. These buttons remain dynamic, green when active during the cycle, and grey when out of season.

These improvements support AFSC clients and our teams as we continue to enhance the way we serve you. Your feedback has guided this work, and we encourage you to keep sharing your ideas so we can continue making AFSC Connect easier and more helpful for you.
